Home Assessment
Thrive OT can provide a comprehensive occupational therapy assessment in the comfort of your own home. Our assessment will focus on your daily routines and activities, your safety and optimising your independence. Comprehensive OT reports can be provided to yourself and your package coordinator to support the provision of equipment or home modifications.
2. Assistive Technology
Assistive technology is a term used to describe any piece of equipment or devices that can assist you to do things that you can’t do due to a disability or medical condition.
We can recommend a wide range of assistive technology depending on your individual needs and goals.

3. Home Modifications
There comes a time where making small changes to your home environment may be beneficial to make sure you are able to continue living independently and safely. The involvement of an OT in this process may include assessing for the appropriate home modification, concept drawings, liaising with contractors, arranging quotes, and advice around disability building standards.
